Why We Built Buxe

The idea for BUXE was born from a common moment of frustration. We saw a loved one, a hardworking middle-class woman, have her
plans for a cherished party fall apart because her trusted on-occasion driver, Mr. X, was suddenly unavailable. The alternatives were
either too expensive or completely impractical. How do you transport owambe luggage in a conventional ride-hailing car?

This moment exposed a glaring gap in the market: an unmet need for vehicle owners who want the convenience of being driven in their
own car but can't justify the cost of a full-time chauffeur.
